(KR101600166) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a double-coated frying pan using a high-hardness ceramic composition.  The method includes the step of: forming a lower coating layer by thermally spraying plasma at supersonic speeds and high temperatures using a lower coating layer composition with ceramics as the main ingredient on the inner surface of a frying pan using aluminum as a base material; coating another coating layer by spraying and coating a fluoropolymer solution including a small amount of silicon oil or silicon solution; and forming an upper coating layer by conducting a heat treatment operation for 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 350-370°C.  The lower coating layer composition includes: 10 wt% of nickel-aluminum alloy powder; 20-40 wt% of alumina powder; 40-60 wt% of titanium oxide power; 1-5 wt% of melt powder of a zirconium oxide and a magnesium oxide; 1-5 wt% of silica powder; and 0.5-1.5 wt% of alloy powder of tungsten and carbide-cobalt.
