(JP4602652) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable antiseptic agent of a dispersion state, having antibacterial and algicide actions.  SOLUTION: The antiseptic agent contains (a) at least 1 kind of an algicidic triazine (e.g. terbutryn), (b) at least 1 kind of a bactericidal isothiazolone (N-octylisothiazolone) and (c) at least 1 kind of a dispersion stabilizer selected from the group consisting of (c1) and (c2).  Here, the (c1) is a sulfite, hydrogen sulfite, a compound releasing sulfite and a compound releasing hydrogen sulfite (e.g. potassium sulfite), and the (c2) is hypophosphite and a compound releasing hypophosphite (e.g. potassium hypophosphite).
