(FR2355555) The disclosure describes a method of preparing a stable suspension of micronized solid particles in the oil phase of an oil-in-water emulsion.  The micronized solid particles are ground in an oil phase in the presence of one or more dispersion aids capable ? rendering the surface of the particles oleophilic and one or more sterically and/or electrostatically stabilizing dispersion agents to form a stabilized suspension.  Then the suspension is emulsified in an aqueous medium in the presence of one or more emulsifiers of a type that does not affect the stability of the oil phase produced by the dispersion agent or agents and dispersion aid or aids.  In this manner there is obtained, as far as stains are concerned, a product having good penetration ability and good protective effect.  (From CA1112537 A)

Proceeded according to one of the claims 1 or 2, characterized in that as additive of dispersion conferring the properties dleophiles one uses a compound containing a hydrophobic group having a character of active cation such - that an amine if possible in the form of the salt of amine particularly with a hydrophobic anion (salt electrically neutral) or an ester of amine such as lecithin, and in what as agent of dispersion one uses a surface-active polymer stabilizing steriquement having a molecular weight of approximately 1500 to 10,000. 4. Proceeded according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in what one adds non-ionic emulsifier with the phase oils to stabilize the emulsion and in what one adds a small quantity of an anion surface-active agent of the colloidal type of protection to the aqueous phase. 5. Proceeded according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that one adds moreover to the phase oils an agent allowing to equalize differences in density between the phases internal and external. 6. Proceeded according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that one uses one or more pigments in the form of micronized solid particles. 7. Proceeded according to claim 6, characterized in that one adds moreover to the phase oils soluble pigment binding in oil. 8. Proceeded according to claim 7, characterized in that one uses as pigment binding an oxidizing oil of drying possibly modified. 9.
