(WO201879565) The present invention enables manufacturing of a novel aqueous liquid formulation that dissolves a pesticide component, does not cause such a component to degrade, precipitate or separate, exhibits an excellent long-term stability, and is at low risk of catching fire, etc.  The pesticide liquid formulation according to the present invention is characterized by containing at least one type of pesticide component, one or more types of solvents, and water, wherein: the solubility of said pesticide component in a mixed solvent obtained by mixing said solvents and water exceeds the solubility of said pesticide component in any of the solvents by itself and the solubility of said pesticide component in water alone (except for a pesticide liquid formulation that additionally contains propylene carbonate or butylene carbonate as a solvent); and control is performed on the solvent quality of said mixed solvent.  The pesticide liquid formulation does not cause precipitation of the pesticide component or cause degradation or separation of the component over a wide pH range, exhibits an excellent long-term stability, and is at low risk of catching fire.
