(JP2011173799) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate germicide composition and/or particulate insecticide composition, produceable by a simple production method, having good sprayability even in a high-temperature and high-humidity condition, and capable of suppressing the separation of the germicidal or insecticidal component from a particulate carrier and the flying (drifting) of the solid preparation itself.  SOLUTION: The particulate germicide composition and/or the particulate insecticide composition is obtained by mixing (a) a germicidal active ingredient and/or an insecticidal active ingredient, (b) the particulate carrier, (c) a solid binder, (d) water and (e) a water-soluble water-absorbing agent having a water-absorbing mechanism by chemisorption, and having solubility in the water at 25°C of ≥3% based on 100 g of the water, and has an apparent specific gravity of 1.0-2.0.
