(WO201852502) CLAIMS What is claimed is: 1. A method of plant enhancement comprising administering to a plant, seedling, or seed a composition treatment comprising 0.001-0.1% by weight of microalgae biomass to enhance at least one plant characteristic. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the composition is applied when the plant is under at least one of salt stress and temperature stress conditions. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the microalgae biomass has been subjected to a protein extraction process. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the microalgae biomass is whole microalgae biomass. 5. The method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the microalgae comprises at least one from the group consisting of Botryococcus, Scenedesmus, Pavlova, Phaeodactylum, Nannochloropsis, Spirulina, Galdieria, Haematococcus, Isochrysis, Porphyridium, Schizochytrium, and Tetraselmis. 6. A method of plant enhancement comprising administering to a plant, seedling, or seed a composition treatment comprising of 0.001-0.1% by weight of extracted microalgae protein to enhance at least one plant characteristic. 7. The method of claim 6, wherein the composition is applied when the plant is under at least one of salt stress and temperature stress conditions. 8. The method of claim 6, wherein the microalgae comprises at least one from the group consisting of Galdieria, Porphyridium, and Spirulina. 9. A composition, comprising: extracted microalgae protein in a concentration in the range of 0.001-0.1% by weight. 10. The composition of claim 9, wherein the microalgae comprises at least one from the group consisting of Galdieria, Porphyridium, and Spirulina. 11. A method of plant enhancement comprising administering to a plant, seedling, or seed a composition treatment comprising 0.001-0.1%) by weight of excreted product from microalgae to enhance at least one plant characteristic. 12. The method of claim 11, wherein the excreted product is applied to a plant in at least one of salt stress and heat stress conditions. 13. The method of claim 11, wherein the microalgae comprises Porphyridium. 14. The method of claim 11, wherein the excreted product comprises EPS. 15. A composition, comprising: excreted product from microalgae, in a concentration in the range of 0.001-0.1% by weight. 16. The composition of claim 15, wherein the microalgae comprises Porphyridium. 17. The composition of claim 15, wherein the excreted product comprises excreted EPS. 18. A method of preparing a composition comprising: a. isolating an excreted product from a culture of microalgae, wherein the product is in a concentration greater than 0.1% by weight; and b. diluting the concentration of isolated excreted product to a concentration in a range of 0.001-0.1% by weight. 19. The method of claim 18, wherein the microalgae comprises Porphyridium. 20. The method of claim 18, wherein the excreted product comprises EPS. 21. A method of plant enhancement comprising administering to a plant, seedling, or seed a composition treatment comprising 10% by weight of microalgae biomass to soil at an application rate in the range of 2-20 liters per acre to enhance at least one plant characteristic. 22. The method of claim 21, wherein the application rate is in the range of 3.7 to 15 liters per acre. 23. The method of claim 21, wherein the microalgae comprises at least one from the group consisting of Aurantiochytrium, Spirulina, Isochrysis, and Scenedesmus.
