(JP4794817) The present invention is directed to a non-dusting copper pyrithione dispersion, comprising an admixture of: from about 20 to about 99 wt % of copper pyrithione; from about 0.05 to about 30 wt % of a dust-inhibiting agent selected from the group consisting of surfactants, polymer resins, binders, and combinations thereof; and from about 0.05 wt. % to about 80 wt % of a dispersant; wherein all weight percents are based on the total weight of the dispersion. A non - dusting copper pyrithione dispersion comprising, 40-55 weight % of solid copper pyrithione particles; polymer resins, binders, and combinations thereof that is selected from the group consisting of 0.05-30 weight % of a dust suppressant; includes water as a dispersion medium; is the dispersion, at room temperature having a viscosity in the range of 1,000cps-7,500cps (all weight % based on the total weight of the dispersion) comprising a dispersion as claimed in, and further, wherein the polymeric resin, acrylic resin, vinyl resin, alkyd resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, natural resins, polyester resins, plastisols, and combinations thereof selected from the group consisting of, wherein the binding agent, a rosin, acrylates, xanthate or guar gums, polyvinyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, and combinations thereof are selected from the group consisting, the dispersion system.  2.
