A method for modulating pest infestation in a plant, the method comprising contacting a plant or a plant part with an amount of the pesticidal composition according to claim 9 effective to modulate said pest infestation. 13. The method of claim 12, wherein the pest is selected from the group consisting of insects, fungi, nematodes, bacteria and mites. 14. The method of claim 13, wherein the insects comprise cabbage loopers, lygus, beet armyworms, or diamondback moth. 15. A seed coating composition comprising the polypeptide of claim 1, and one or more of a carrier, diluent, or adjuvant.
