Polymers have been widely used for immobilizing chiral catalysts for heterogeneous asymmetric catalysis due to the advantages of rationally designed functionality and the synthesis of chiral porous materials still remains a challenge task. Herein, we reported the facile synthesis of chiral porous polymers through knitting chiral BINAPO(2,2'-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1'-binaphthyl) dioxide) ligand via Friedel-Crafts reaction[1,2] with FeCl_3 as catalyst, benzene as co-monomer and dimethoxymethane(FDA) as cross linking agent. After reduction and coordination with Ru complex, the chiral porous polymers act as efficient solid catalysts for the asymmetric hydrogenation of β-keto ester with ee value up to 99 %.
