A pesticidal composition comprising: (a) one or more nucleic acids and/or polypeptides having a sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 8924 or 7904 and (b) a carrier. 10. The pesticidal composition of claim 9, wherein the composition is an insecticide. 11. The pesticidal composition of claim 10, further comprising a second pesticide. 12. The pesticidal composition of claim 11, wherein the second pesticide is an insecticide. 13. A method for modulating pest infestation in a plant comprising the steps of: contacting a plant or a plant part with an amount of the pesticidal composition comprising (a) one or more nucleic acids and/or polypeptides having a sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 8924 or 7904 and (b) a carrier effective to modulate said pest infestation. 14. The method of claim 13, wherein the pest is selected from the group consisting of insects, fungi, nematodes, bacteria and mites. 15. The method of claim 14, wherein the insects comprise cabbage loopers, lygus, beet armyworms, corn rootworm, or diamondback moth. 16. A seed coating composition comprising a polypeptide with at least 90% identity to SEQ ID NOs: 8924 or 7904, and one or more of a carrier, diluent, surfactant or adjuvant. 17. The recombinant vector of claim 2, wherein the identity is 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, or 99% homology. 18. The recombinant vector of claim 2, wherein the identity is 93% homology. 19. The recombinant vector of claim 2, wherein the identity is 94% homology. 20. The recombinant vector of claim 2, wherein the identity is 95% homology. 21. The recombinant vector of claim 2, wherein the identity is 96% homology. 22. The recombinant vector of claim 2, wherein the identity is 97% homology.
