(WO2017170792) The present invention pertains to a granular agrochemical composition that exhibits excellent storage stability of 3−(3,4−dichloroisothiazole−5−ylmethoxy)−1,2−benzothiazole−1,1−dioxide and is useful in agriculture and horticulture, and a production method for the composition.  The granular agrochemical composition includes a particle nucleus and an outer layer that coats the particle nucleus, wherein the particle nucleus contains 3−(3,4−dichloroisothiazole−5−ylmethoxy)−1,2−benzothiazole−1,1−dioxide and the outer layer contains a liquid sugar, said liquid sugar being a sugar that does not crystallize at room temperature.  Also provided is a production method for the granular agrochemical composition characterized by including a step in which the particle nucleus containing the compound is produced, and a step in which the surface of the particle nucleus obtained in the aforementioned step is coated with a liquid substance that contains the liquid sugar, said liquid sugar being a sugar that does not crystallize at room temperature, and the outer layer is formed on the surface of the particle nucleus.
