  • [会议] 五环[5.4.0.0~(2,6).0~(3,10).0~(5,9)]十一烷-8-乙二醇缩酮-11-酮的合成研究
    笼状化合物由于其特殊的结构和形式引起了有机化学家们对其合成和应用研究的极大关注[1],常见的笼状化合物包括:金刚烷、立方烷、高立方烷、多面体烷和PCU系列等.五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷-8-乙二醇缩酮-11-酮是一种新型笼状高密度烃类衍生物(ρ=1.20~1.30 g/cm3),其骨架为高密度、高张力的五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷(PCU)(ρ=1.24 g/cm3)[2],在医药和航空燃料领域具备潜在的应用前景.如PCU衍生物具有止痛、消炎以及治疗帕金森症的作用[3];能加快液体碳氢燃料的吸热气化过程,改善燃料的燃烧性能,用作高能燃料添加剂及固体燃料[4].目前,国外关于PCU类衍生物的合成报道很多,但国内还没有这方面的研究报道.我们组以环戊二烯与对苯二醌为原料,经过Diels-Alder反应、[2+2]光环化反应和羰基保护反应合成了五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷-8-乙二醇缩酮-11-酮,并对催化剂用量、反应时间及光反应条件进行探索,优化了反应条件,使总收率达到76%,具体合成路线见Scheme 1.各步产物结构均采用熔点测定、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、质谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱及液相色谱等手段进行了鉴定和表征.本报道提供了一种合成五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷-8-乙二醇缩酮-11-酮的新方法.

  • [会议] 氧杂五环十一烷衍生物的新合成方法
    笼状五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷(PCU)是一种具有多元碳环骨架结构的有机化合物,因其独特的结构属性(如分子内环张力、高对称性),PCU及其衍生物有着重要的应用价值.PCU和甲基取代PCU具有较高的密度和体积热值以及良好的热稳定性,可作为高能燃料主体或高能添加组分应用于高密度烃类燃料领域[1].同时,由于PCU拥有与金刚烷相似的结构,含有PCU结构单元的化合物具有很好的药理活性,可用于抗病毒和治疗帕金森氏综合症[2].以环戊二烯和对苯醌为原料,经热聚、光聚反应合成五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷-8,11-二酮(PCUD)中间体,再对PCUD还原或者官能化是合成PCU及其衍生物的有效方法[3].超亲电系统CBr4-2AlB r3是一类催化SP3杂化碳氢键反应的有效试剂,在室温或者零下20度低温条件下,其作为催化剂可促进SP3杂化碳氢键转化成碳正离子,发生卤化、硫化、二氯磷酰化、羰基化和Ritter反应[4].本课题在研究超亲电系统CBr4-2AlB r3作为催化剂催化PCUD与邻硝基苯胺的胺化反应时发现,在羰基的影响下,CBr4-2Al Br3没能催化碳氢键的直接胺化反应,而是PCUD中羰基与邻硝基苯胺反应,生成含N-C-O-C-N结构的氧杂PCU衍生物2.进一步研究表明,Lewis酸能有效促进PCUD与苯胺衍生物的亲核加成反应,此方法为合成PCU衍生物提供了一条新的思路.

  • [会议] 11-巯基十一烷酸功能化金纳米粒子检测水中铝离子的研究
    金纳米粒子(AuNPs)具有独特的表面等离子共振的光学特性,即AuNPs表面受到入射光影响而产生电子云共振,在可见光区域出现表面等离子共振吸收(SPR)。SPR对AuNPs的粒径及分散状态十分敏感。纳米粒子在分散和聚合状态下,溶液会呈现不同颜色,仅裸眼即可辨别。因而被广泛应用于比色识别。本研究利用11-巯基十一烷酸(MUA)功能化AuNPs(MUA-AuNPs)可视化检测水中的Al~(3+)。由于MUA中的-COOH官能团能与Al~(3+)发生强的螯和作用,导致MUA-AuNPs粒子间的距离变小,使AuNPs表面等离子吸收带发生红移或变宽,溶液颜色从酒红色变为紫色。利用UV-Vis检测得到的线性范围为10~(-6)M~10~(-4)M,检出限为5.7×10~(-7)M,裸眼观测到的Al~(3+)最低限为20μM。选择性好。在饮用水中Al~(3+)的回收率为98.5%~101.6%,RSD小于5%。

  • [会议] The influence of Y - type zeolite cationic composition on the model hydrocarbons transformations in the presence of heterocyclic sulfur and nitrogen compounds in the catalytic cracking conditions
    The effect of the rare earth elements (REEs) content in range from 0 to 3 wt.% in the cracking catalyst on n-undecane and cumene transformations in the presence of heterocyclic sulfur and nitrogen compounds was studied. The catalyst samples acidity increased at raising the REEs content in the catalysts up to 2 wt.%. The catalyst acidity was sharply reduced with a further increase in the REEs. This phenomenon led to an enhanced conversion of the feed and a decreased formation of highly poisonous nitrogen compounds. The relative conversions of n-undecane and cumene in the presence of nitrogen and sulfur compounds were 95 and 97 rel.%, accordingly.

  • [会议] 基于金纳米簇荧光的淬灭与恢复高灵敏检测肝素钠
    肝素钠是一种带强负电荷的主要用于心脑血管疾病和血液透析治疗的粘多糖硫酸酯类抗凝血药,而鱼精蛋白是一种带有强正电荷的可以与肝素钠通过非共价相互作用结合的凝血药物。本次实验,在"一锅煮原位反应"合成的11-巯基十一烷酸包裹的金纳米簇中加入鱼精蛋白,金纳米簇的荧光猝灭,向该溶液中继续加入肝素钠荧光恢复。因此,我们发展了一种基于由鱼金蛋白调节的11-巯基十一烷酸包裹的金纳米簇,用于检测肝素钠的荧光生物传感器。我们对金簇进行了详细表征,讨论pH值、鱼精蛋白浓度对生物传感器性能的影响,以及对该生物传感器的选择性进行测试。结果显示,该生物传感器具有良好的选择性、宽的线性范围(0.006-25.0μg.mL-1)、较低的检测限(0.006μgmL-1)。同时,我们在人血清中加入肝素钠,用该生物传感器检测,发现该生物传感器具有很好的实用性。

    以环戊二烯和甲基环戊二烯为原料合成了五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷及甲基五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷的衍生物,通过质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振等方法鉴定了结构.通过PDSC研究了化合物在高温下的热分解性能,高张力笼状烃衍生物可改善笼状烃的挥发性能,分解过程放热,且分解温度随压力增大略有升高.

  • [会议] Analysis of the mercury induced fragmentation of certain n-alkanes in pulsed ion mobility spectrometry with Gold's Algorithm
    Ion mobility is a well know technique offering the analysis of gaseous substances in e.g. environmental monitoring applications. The advantages are a portable instrument size, very high sensitivity in the ppbv range, fast response time in the range of a few seconds, but limited selectivity due to its relatively low resolving power. Typically, an ion mobility spectrum has maximum two peaks per analyte if dimer formation takes place; often only one peak per analyte is observable. Normally, analyte fragmentation is not observed. However, in a previous study, we reported strong fragmentation of n-decane and n-undecane when mercury is present in the device. In this paper, we employed de-convolution with help of Gold's Algorithm to reduce the peak width in these spectra with the goal to obtain further information regarding this fragmentation.

  • [会议] Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHCs) Measurements in Kuwait
    Kuwait is one of the major oil producing countries in the world. This industry emits significant amounts of NMHCs, which negatively impact air quality. In addition, motor vehicle emissions are another major source of NMHCs. The high ambient levels of these species can negatively impact human health and the environment. Exposures to air toxics as NMHC can also cause noncancerous health effects, such as neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, reproductive and/or immune system damage.NMHCs are measured in Kuwait at 5 out of 15 monitoring sites. They are also monitored by a number of major companies operating in Kuwait. Major species of NMHCs includes propane, benzene, isobutene, n-butane, 1 &2-butyne, isopentane, n-pentane, 2,2-dimethylbutane, cyclopentane, 2,3-dimethylbutane, MTBE, 2-methylpentane, 2,2-dimethylpentane, 3-methylpentane, n-hexane, methylcyclopentane, 2,4-dimethylpentane, 2,2,3-trimethylbutane, 3,3-dimethylpentane, cyclohexane, 2-methylhexane, 2,3-dimethylpentane, 1,3-dimethylcyclopentane, 3-ethylpentane, 2,2,4-trimethylpentane, n-heptane, toluene, n-octane, ethylbenzene, m,p-xylene, o-xylene, n-nonane, n-propylbenzene, m-ethyltoluene, p-ethyltoluene, o-ethyltoluene, n-decane, n-undecane, n-dodecane. The observed concentrations of these species in Kuwait are always higher than standard regulations due to the emissions from local petroleum refineries, industries, and mobile sources.This paper presents the results of air monitoring in Kuwait and the concentrations of NMHCs in different locations in the country. Recommendations for taking action to improve air quality are also presented.

  • [会议] 药用油脂辅料中反式脂肪酸的检测
    建立药用油脂辅料中反式脂肪酸的检测方法,以提高药用油脂辅料的质量标准.对药用辅料大豆油(供注射用)、大豆油(药用辅料)、玉米油、花生油、橄榄油等7种油样,选用三氟化硼法进行甲酯化,后用GC-MS检测分析,并用十一烷酸甘三酯作为内标测得油脂中反式脂肪酸的含量,共52组分的脂肪酸甲酯能够很好的分离,并用该方法对FAPAS(Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme)质控样品进行检测,结果|z|<2,验证了该方法的可行性和准确性.检测结果显示:药用辅料大豆油中反式脂肪酸的总含量较高,均大于2%;其次是精制玉米油,总含量为1.414%;橄榄油和花生油中总含量较少,均少于1%.结果提示,有必要对药用油脂辅料特别是大豆油中的反式脂肪酸进行控制.
