  • [期刊] Density, Viscosity, and Refractive Index for Binary Mixtures of Three Adamantane Derivatives with n-Nonane or n-Undecane at T=293.15-343.15 K and Atmospheric Pressure
    Measurements on densities, viscosities, and refractive indices at atmospheric pressure for binary mixtures of 1,3-dimethyladamantane (1,3-DMA), 1,3,5-trimethyladamantane (1,3,5-TMA), and 1-ethyladamantane (1-EA) with n-nonane or n-undecane are carried out over the whole composition range at temperatures T = 293.15-343.15 K and atmospheric pressure. The excess molar volume (V-m(E)), deviation in viscosity (Delta eta), deviation in refractive index (Delta n(D)), and deviation in molar refraction (Delta R) for the six mixtures are calculated and then fitted to the Redlich-Kister polynomial. The V-m(E) values are all negative over the entire range of mole fractions and decrease with increasing temperature for the six binary systems. The absolute values of Delta eta for the mixtures decrease obviously with increasing temperature. The Delta n(D) values with the volume fraction for the six systems are all positive over the entire composition range. Density, viscosities, and refractive index of the six systems are correlated by the Jouyban-Acree model. The experimental results could be useful for the development of high-energy-density hydrocarbon fuels.

    The three-liquid-phase equilibria data of the quaternary system water (1) + tert-butanol (2) + n-decane (3) + n-undecane (4) in the tricritical region are reported. It has been found that the mass fraction of n-decane in (n-decane + n-undecane) controls the size of the three-phase region and the approach to the tricritical point. The experimental data have been analyzed to obtain the tricritical temperature and the tricritical composition.

    对含有手性轴的螺环化合物3,9-二(4-甲基苯)-2,4,8,10-四氧杂螺[5.5]十一烷的一维、二维核磁共振谱(^1H NMR,^(13)CNMR,DEPT,2D^1H-^1H COSY,HSQC,HMBC)进行了解析和报道。认真的分析了两个六元杂环上四个亚甲基出现的信号,对其所有的NMR谱信号进行了全归属,为研究含杂原子的手性螺环化合物提供了参考数据。

    五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷内-8-醇是合成抗流感病毒医药、抗发炎药物、高能量燃料和燃料添加剂的关键中间体,本研究以环戊二烯和对苯醌为起始原料,经过Diels-Alder、光环化、羰基保护、氢化铝锂还原、水解、黄鸣龙还原等6步反应合成五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷-内-8-醇,总产率达44.9%.本方法操作简便,分离纯化容易,成本低廉,收率高,为五环[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05,9]十一烷内-8-醇的规模化合成奠定了基础.

    分别以烷基酮、芳基酮和季戊四醇为原料,环己烷或甲苯为溶剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成了一系列具有不同相似度取代基的2,4,8,10-四氧杂螺[5.5]十一烷化合物。以螺环亚甲基氢为探针,通过改变螺环端基取代基的相似度,考察~1H NMR谱图中的峰形变化,揭示取代基与构象之间的构效关系。结果表明,两个氧杂六元环均为椅式构象,随着取代基相似度逐渐增加,椅式构象翻转速度加快,~1H NMR谱中螺环亚甲基氢的峰数目逐渐减少且化学位移分布区间逐渐减小,直至取代基团完全相同时呈现为一个单峰。
