    露天矿地质灾害问题一直是困扰矿山安全生产的重大隐患。在露天矿地质灾害探测中,强噪音干扰问题一直是露天煤矿地质雷达探测的一大难点,严重影响地质雷达数据的信噪比。曲波变换具有多尺度和方向性特征,可以从角度、频率、方位多方面实现干扰信号和有效信号的波场分离。本文将第二代曲波变换应用于露天矿强噪音去除中,利用干扰波和有效波在频率和方位上的差异,在压制干扰波的同时最大限度的保护微弱的有效信号。通过露天矿实例数据处理分析可知,曲波变换是一种十分有效的相对保幅的露天矿地质雷达去噪方法。

    相比于传统光纤预制棒用材料四氯化硅,八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_4)不但绿色环保,沉积尾气主要为H_2O和CO_2,还具有更高的沉积效率。光纤预制棒用D_4的研发和使用将大幅降低光线企业的环保压力,推动光纤技术的发展。本文主要介绍了国内D_4的制备、提纯等工艺状况,简述国内外高纯D_4的质量发展水平。
  • [会议] 石墨烯-银纳米粒子复合导电墨水的制备与性能研究
    本文利用改进的Hummers法合成氧化石墨烯,化学还原后得到石墨烯。进一步以葡萄糖为还原剂通过在石墨烯二维片层表面镀附银纳米粒子制备了石墨烯-银纳米粒子复合材料,研究不同硝酸银加入量对复合材料形貌的影响。结果表明:本文实验条件下,当硝酸银加入量为236mg时,复合材料中银纳米粒子均匀分布于石墨烯表面且不会发生团聚现象。将该复合材料制成导电墨水,利用直写打印技术进行图案化,电学性能测试表明基于石墨烯-银纳米粒子复合墨水的图案具有优良的导电性能。

    根据某烷基化装置核心泵的技术要求,为核心泵自主研发设计了新的水力模型,该模型具有低转速、大流量、高扬程、高效率、低汽蚀余量、大功率的特点。该泵为两级双吸两端支撑式离心流程泵,泵壳径向剖分,泵体设计成双涡室,以平衡泵的径向力。整体结构紧凑、稳定合理。在生产制造过程中采用了新的工艺方法、制定了先进的专用质量控制程序,并创新了同配套厂商合作机制。工厂试验达到一次性试车合格,在用户现场一次开车成功,各项性能指标均满足或超过设计要求,属于国内该领域产品的首创,替代了进口产品实现了国产化。

    采用天然石英砂溶液掺杂和等离子体固相沉积方法制备高浓度掺镱石英玻璃,通过对该工艺方法和原理的探索研究,根据Yb:Al=10000:10000ppm(质量比)的配方进行设计,制备出高浓度掺镱石英玻璃,该方法可有效提高稀土离子的掺杂浓度和均匀性。

    Along with the advent of the fourth industrial revolution,the processing capacity of "big data" is highly demanded in industry community.Compared with the traditional computing and programming model based on serial program,parallel computing is based on heterogeneous architecture and runs in a completely different way from CPU,which has greatly enhanced the processing speed of large-scale data sets.Therefore,parallel computing has been developing dramatically in recent years,and has been favored by all walks of life.In the future,large-scale data processing must belong to parallel computing.Set on LAMMPS(large-scale atomic/molecular massively parallel simulator) as an example,this paper described the technique of establishing parallel computing platform,and applied it on simulated test on fracture process of lamellar structure from gas-pipeline steel.
  • [会议] Proposal and Explanation of a New Periodic Table of the Chemical Elements
    In the original periodic table of chemical elements,inert gas elements are arranged to the end of each cycle,and more phenomena can be explained by valency based on the combination of inorganic substances.In this paper,a new periodic table of elements is formulated based on retaining the original number of nuclear protons,neutrons and extra nuclear electrons,referring to the square correlation between the direct ratio of sphere area and radius,and some properties of elements.In the new table,it is considered that electrons fill spheres with radius of 1,2,3,4 in turn,for example,one electron filling in the first cycle corresponds to one element of hydrogen(H);the radius of the second cycle is 2,sphere area is four times that of the first cycle,then four electrons can be filled,which correspond to four elements of He,Li,Be and B;the number element of the third cycle is square of 3,9,and so on.The new table can better explain the distribution of certain elements,which is conducive to understanding the characteristics of various elements from another angle and expanding the insight into the micro world.
  • [会议] Minimum Displacement Calculation Method of Killing Well Control Technology by Bullheading
    After gas invasion and shut-in,the displacement which can completely remove the gas in the wellbore is called the minimum displacement.This paper studies how to calculate the minimum displacement.By analyzing the characteristics of fluid flow in closed wellbore after shut-in,the conditions for complete removal of gas are obtained,and the minimum displacement calculation method is obtained according to the removal conditions.The upward slippage of bubbles and the downward flow of liquid phase around the gas are the reasons why the gas cannot be completely removed under too small displacement;According to the characteristics of Bullheading,bubbles will slip upward in the form of small bubbles in the process of Bullheading;Based on the phenomenon of water seal,a formula for calculating the minimum velocity to avoid the flow around liquid phase is deduced;By comparing the minimum downward velocity of killing fluid and bubble slippage velocity,the minimum displacement is obtained by taking the larger values of the two as the calculation basis.
  • [会议] Application of Lithology Intelligent Identification Method in Geosteering
    The geosteering in the drilling filed is mostly to analyze the logging curves of adjacent wells or pilot wells.The identification of the formation is achieved by manually comparing the microscopic features of the curve during the drilling process.The artificial stratum identification method requires geologists to have abundant experience,and this method needs complex multi-source data analysis with low efficiency.This article researches the principle and solving method of Support Vector Machine classification algorithm.The identification of stratigraphic lithology is realized by the intelligent algorithm of Support Vector Machine.The actual data of multiple horizontal wells in the Junggar Basin are validated to verify the effectiveness of this method.When the recognition result continuously appears in the lithology of the marker layer,it can be considered that the well trajectory has been drilled to the marker interval.The research shows that the intelligent identification method of stratum lithology can be applied to the horizontal well geosteering,assisting the geologists to identify the marker layer and reduce the manpower workload.
